Portal Maintenance and Fee Schedule Update

The portal will be unavailable beginning June 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM for scheduled fee updates. The portal is expected to be back online on July 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

All permitting fees must be paid by June 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Any unpaid fees remaining in the system after that time will be assessed using the new fee schedule effective July 1, 2026.
